    Submit the form and we will contact you to review your concerns and schedule an inspection. When appropriate, our inspector will collect indoor air samples that are sent to an independent laboratory for analysis. We will review the results with you and discuss next steps if treatment is recommended.

  • FogZilla™ Treatment Proposal

    If treatment is recommended, we'll prepare a FogZilla™ Mold Treatment proposal and send it to you for review.

  • Schedule and Prepare for Treatment

    Upon acceptance of the proposal, we'll schedule your treatment and provide preparation instructions. People and pets must be out of the treatment area during application.

  • FogZilla™ Mold Treatment

    The treatment process typically takes just a few hours. Our technician applies an ultra-fine professional-grade oxidizing treatment throughout the designated indoor treatment area. Electronics and most household contents can remain in place.

  • Post-Treatment All Clear Test

    After treatment, we collect another indoor air sample and send it to an independent laboratory for analysis. If the post-treatment result is not clear, we will re-treat at no additional charge, subject to the terms of our guarantee.

  • Clearance and Re-Entry

    We provide post-treatment and re-entry instructions, then review the independent laboratory result with you when it is available.
